New system of flows management and counter activities at Milan's Municipality
The municipality of Milan chooses the Kiosk solution to manage the flows at the counters.

In order to improve the services given to the citizens, the Municipality of Milan chose Kiosk's platform to manage flows and counter activities.

The flow at Milan's Municipality Registry Office is made up of about 1500 people per day. It was necessary to have a reliable system, flexible and performing to make the counter's, the management's (at administrative level) and the customer care's operations easier.

The system made by Kiosk is actually unique in its genre both for functionality and for flexibility. Thanks to it, Milan's Municipality can get some concrete data, ideal to be used for measurement or evaluation of customer satisfaction. The perfect integration between the system and the counter touch pads allow the complete traceability of the operations, with rich and detailed statistics to plan and manage the counter activities. This tool allows to be flexible and to satisfy the different needs of the roles involved in the customer satisfaction area.
